John McGrain 1931-2021

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news that John McGrain passed away on May 2, 2021. His contributions to the study of Baltimore County history and the historical society are unmatched. He touched so many of us with his passion and personality over the years. He will live on through his many books, articles, and photographs. We will miss him dearly.
